Where are your products made?

We work with professional fulfilment centres located in both United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are fulfilled in the region closest to you whenever possible, helping reduce shipping times and custom fees.

Will my order be shipped from the UK or the US?

Your order is automatically routed to the nearest facility based on your shipping address and product availability.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Are your products printed by you?

All items are printed to order via our trusted print partner, Printful, known for high-quality printing, durable materials, and reliable fulfilment.

What type of print quality can I expect?

We use premium DTG (direct-to-garment) and/or embroidery. The result is vibrant, long-lasting colours that don’t peel or crack.

Are your products made sustainably?

Printful uses water-based inks, reduces waste through on-demand production, and sources materials from responsible suppliers. Many products are also available as eco-friendly variants.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • PayPal (if enabled on your store)
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders begin processing quickly after purchase, so cancellations or changes aren’t always possible.

If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you accept returns?

Because all products are printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

No worries — if you receive an item that’s damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

What if my package is lost?

If your package seems lost in transit, reach out to us. We’ll investigate with the carrier, and if confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! If you want something personalised or a slight modification to one of our products, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Why are items sometimes shipped separately?

Different products may be fulfilled at different facilities. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

Do you offer gift messages or special packaging?

At the moment we don’t offer gift notes or custom packaging due to how our fulfilment system works, but the products arrive neatly packed and ready to enjoy.
